MI2 Week 10

This week I cut down the video to around five minutes of footage, mostly just sound bites (or whatever the video equivalent of that is) for another member of the group to finesse and shape into a highlight reel. This included syncing audio, which took much longer than normal as it drifted out of sync slightly over the course of the seminar, until it was completely out of sync and unusable. I managed to fix it by adjusting the speed of the recording to try and counter the drift as much as possible.
It was a good chance to go over the seminar again and hear the great insights from our guests. All the seminars have proven very informative and given us a taste of what life is like in certain industries, and the types of work that might suit us. While my focus has been explored more in the PNR, I think the seminar series has been really helpful in terms learning more about working internationally, as well the skills and perspective you must have to succeed anywhere.
